For all returns please follow these guidelines when processing a return:

• All item(s) must be returned in the specific box which they arrive in and to the specific return address on that box 

• Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments so it is important to return  the correct item(s) to the  corresponding return address for that specific delivery

• All return shipping costs will be at the customers expense, unless caused by manufacturer  defect

• All returns must be new, unused w/ original labels

• All returns require approval from Gates Mfg.
