Returns

For all returns please follow these guidelines when processing a return:

* All item(s) must be returned in the specific box which they arrive in and to the  specific return    address on that box 

* Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments so it is important to return  the correct item(s) to the  corresponding return address for that specific delivery

* All return shipping costs will be at the customers expense, unless cause by  manufacture  defect

* All returns must be new, unused w/ original labels

* All returns require approval from Gates Mfg.
